We have negotiated and drafted leases with many notable anchor tenants such as Home Depot, Office Depot, Food 4 Less, Ross, JC Penny's, Big Lots, Sears, Jaguar Dealerships and Rite Aid to name a few. Other deals include Starbuck's, McDonald's, Wendy's, Autozone, Ace Check Cashing, Warehouse Shoes, Foot Locker, Hallmark's, and Peter Piper's Pizza. We also deal extensively with Ground Leases as well as telecommunication/satellite leases with AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, Verizon, MetroPCS and T-Mobile to name a few. Many of these matters also included subsequent enforcement of property conditions, CAM, impound issues, subleases, assignments and breach of lease.
PROBATE AND TRUST ADMINISTRATION: We represent trustees and beneficiaries in trust administration, probate and estate planning/litigation, and other legal proceedings involving a decedent's wishes.
1031 TAX-DEFFERED EXCHANGES: We offer clients experienced tax planning as it relates to the creation of an estate plan, entity formation or 1031 "like-kind" tax-free exchanges.

What is Real Estate Law?

Real estate transactions are governed by federal statutes, as well as state statutory and common law. Real estate law encompasses these state a statutes and laws, as well as property law matters. Real estate law includes a wide variety of legal issues relating to acquiring, financing, developing, managing, constructing, leasing and selling commercial and residential property of all kinds, including:
